CONDITION OF SALE:

PAYMENT: INVOICES WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL AT END OF AUCTION. All purchases must be paid for in full by 12:00 p.m. Monday, Aug. 12th with CASH, CERTIFIED BANK LETTER or Major Credit Card (3% fee on credit cards). BUYER’S REGISTERED CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR AMOUNT OF INVOICE AT THAT TIME.

ONLINE BIDDERS BUYER’S PREMIUM: 10%

GUARANTEES: ALL ITEMS TO BE SOLD AS IS/WHERE IS.
GEORGIA SALES TAX WILL BE CHARGED UNLESS TAX EXEMPT NUMBER IS PROVIDED AT REGISTRATION.
